Vibrant Future

Elevating Patient Care:

Jefferson Health Unifies its Digital Experience

With 17 locations across Philadelphia and the tri-state area, Jefferson Health is an award-winning system of hospitals with a network of specialists dedicated to improving lives.

Jefferson partnered with Hero Digital, a leading CX firm, to revolutionize the patient experience by unifying their digital ecosystem. This initiative aimed to not only eliminate disparities and foster a stronger sense of cohesion but also simplify and personalize the process of accessing the right care.

Challenge

Jefferson's patients were frustrated by a fragmented digital landscape, encountering inconsistent branding and functionality across various platforms. This disjointed experience hindered patient engagement and satisfaction. Furthermore, the process of finding and scheduling appointments with care providers was equally frustrating, often failing to accommodate the diverse needs of different user groups.

Solution

Breaking free from traditional healthcare branding, we adopted a non-traditional approach:

  • Unconventional Inspiration: Challenged conventional healthcare branding by drawing inspiration from diverse sources, including abstract art, vintage photography, and unexpected color palettes. This approach allowed us to create a visually striking and memorable identity that stood out from the competition.

  • Bold and Energetic: Embraced a vibrant and energetic aesthetic, aiming to challenge the norm in healthcare branding. By incorporating bold colors, dynamic typography, and playful illustrations, we created a brand that felt fresh, modern, and inviting.

  • Cohesive Storytelling: Developed a cohesive visual language that told a compelling story of innovation, care, and vitality. Every design element, from the logo to the website, was carefully crafted to convey Jefferson Health's commitment to patient-centered care and cutting-edge medical advancements.

Design Credits

Driving innovation and disruption in healthcare branding, my role included the ideation, design, and delivery of client-approved concepts that blended vibrant colors, geometric shapes, and impactful photography, resulting in a compelling brand identity, visual language, and unified digital ecosystem.

Appropriately naming the visual direction "Vibrant Future", this concept struck an emotional connection with Jefferson, and we're very excited to see it brought to life.
